Why did we choose a bear?
We chose a bear because they are empathetic creatures who display caring and nurturing personalities to each other. We strongly believe in a work culture that symbolizes those traits. The bear is simple in its design; without a recognizable face we think that anybody can exude these characteristics.
Our mission is not only to provide an impeccable work and customer experience, but also to share a sense of belonging and happiness that breeds community, by the communitea. That is what we believe to be Boba Republic - that is #bobaculture.
